The article provides a brief analytical background from many examples of history the emergence of synthetic drugs, which allows you to identify the algorithm for their promotion: the discovery of drugs – use for their intended purpose – detection of side effects of drugs, or its cultivation (for analgesics) – the emergence of a subculture, apologists for drug addiction – the formation of a social order for the purchase of drugs – ensuring this requirement by certain structures is an official ban on turnover – the search for new drugs and ways to circumvent the official ban. The author noted that the modern restructuring of the drug system in the form of the speed of creation, chemical diversity, the emergence of consumer websites, their anonymity, globalization of sales through international channels gives significant preferences for the promotion of modern drugs and complicates the constructive solution of the problem.
