Аннотация:
The presented article provides an analysis of the literature of personal and value-semantic characteristics that determine the worldview of patients with a diagnosis of addiction to psychoactive substances and healthy individuals. The predominance of the ordinary (unstructured) worldview in persons with drug addiction disorders was revealed. It is suggested that taking into account the leading worldview will help differentiate patients according to rehabilitation programs, personalize rehabilitation programs, increase the level of motivation and adherence to the treatment, and will also contribute to retention in the rehabilitation program and lead to a longer and more stable remission. It is concluded that it is expedient to study the personality traits and value-semantic characteristics of absolute and relative abstinents to determine the standard and the goal of psychotherapeutic and rehabilitation measures for persons with drug addiction disorders.
