Аннотация:
When experimental single-dose 0.8 g/kg body weight ethanol consumption, the ratios of ethanol concentrations in the urine and venous blood (UAC/VBAC) also as in the urine and expired air (UAC/BrAC2300) were determined (30 experiments, 177 couples of comparison). During elimination phase UAC/VBAC and UAC/BrAC2300 amounted to 1,44±0,28 и 1,46±0,27(SD), correspondingly. The later ratio was referred to the blood level measured with 2300 index. When medical examination UAC/BrAC2300 ratio amounts 1,68±0,14 (SD) that probably is explained by different duration of urine accumulation in the urinary bladder. The mean ratio UAC/VBAC during elimination phase in hospital patients is even more then in the experimental ones and amount to 1,76± 0,30 (SD). The urine ethanol concentrations at its full elimination both from blood and expired air also as the rate of ethanol levels decrease in ureteral urine were determined. The algorithm for the calculation of physiological range of ethanol levels when it is absent in the blood and expired air is supposed. It allows to elicit the pre-analytic errors or cases of the falsification of biological matters.
