Аннотация:
Aim: to evaluate the effect of executive functioning deficit on the level of suicidal activity in patients with comorbidity of alcohol dependence and affective disorders. Methods. 38 persons (20 men, 18 women aged 20 to 50 years) with alcohol dependence, comorbid with affective disorders, verified according to the ICD-10 research criteria were examined. All persons included in the study were examined using computer tests Go/No-go, Corsi and Color Stroop. Information about patients was obtained by means of a questionnaire, according to which a social, mental, narcological and somatic anamnesis was collected. The severity of clinical symptoms of affective disorder was determined using the HDRS-17 and HARS psychometric scales. Information about suicidal behavior in patients was obtained through clinical interviewing. Statistical data processing was carried out using the Statistica 12.0 application software package. Results. The influence of each indicator in cognitive tests on the level of suicidal activity was evaluated by the method of multiple linear regression. The indicator of the Go/No–go test (errors on the Go signal) had a significant effect (p=0.043). The latency period (latent response time) was 518±58 ms. Conclusion. A direct dependence of suicidal behavior on such a domain of executive functions as motor functions (sensorimotor reaction) has been established in patients with alcohol dependence, comorbid with affective disorders.
