Аннотация:
Modern trends in the development of science, including its medical (clinical) aspects, are designed to ensure and reproduce their progressive nature. In a clinic focused on the psychiatric format of medical problems, it is important to have an effective creative unity of clinical methodology and scientific and practical clinical record management that adequately corresponds to it (the format of a unique ecosystem), where the unity of scientific and practical factors is ensured as part of a continuous process of identifying, evaluating and systematically comprehending a complex combinatorics of manifestations of pathology. Apparently, today only such a way of responsible formation of the clinical knowledge base is obvious, which allows harmoniously reproducing the whole range of effective technological solutions in demand. This approach, demonstrating the fundamental level of problematic consideration, actively needs the development of technological “support systems” that correspond to the basic goal-setting, which is considered as a promising solution.
