Domains of the addictive cycle.

Аннотация:
Modern psychiatric taxonomy is characterized by a shift of the accent from the categorical to the measurement paradigm. The clinical diagnosis and classification of mental disorders is supplemented by the inclusion of new correlates – domes and paraclinical data. The review considers obtaining compact data on the cyclic course of alcohol dependence and comparing them with Rdoc constructs. The selected factor values are a new form of presentation of clinical data and were used in the study as compact numerical forms of patient data and mathematical images of patients. In a concise quantitative form, individual clinical conditions and the entire cycle of the course of the disease are expressed as a differentiated conclusion about the status of the patient, which is, in fact, a diagnostic image of the clinical case. The measuring diagnostic approach expands the possibilities of the clinical method and the solution of the problem of formalization of the presentation of information, makes it possible to study the clinical and pathophysiological patterns that are usually hidden from the observer, to model the disease and select systemic treatment methods.
