Аннотация:
Background. The COVID-19 pandemic has been a powerful catalyst for the development and adoption of digital technologies in healthcare. In conditions of limited resources, it seems optimal to use specialized applications for smartphones, thereby significantly reducing the cost of using information and communication technologies.
Aim. Basing on the experience of developing a mobile application “Mental and behavioral disorders caused by the use of psychoactive substances. Withdrawal state (withdrawal syndrome) with delirium” to formulate logically sound and feasible approaches to create a product allowing health professionals to use the up to date text of clinical recommendations, an easy-to-use clinical decision support tool.
Clinical guidelines with interactive scales are an important subject for cross-platform generalization, serving as a reference for medical doctors.
Results. The described application is intended for addiction doctors, psychiatrists, anesthesiologists-resuscitators, as well as doctors of clinical expert departments. It consists of two parts: a framework written entirely using specialized software – Vue.js, WebPack, and platform-specific implementation.
Conclusions. Such interdisciplinary work, embracing healthcare organization, addiction medicine and software engineering, has been the first experience of the kind nationally. The results of the first stage of using the application will provide the basis for further development of the planned family of software products.
