Аннотация:
We studied polymorphic loci of the dopamine-ß-hydroxylase (DBH) gene: DBH 5’-ins/del (rs141116007), DBH IVS5 C195T (rs2519152), DBH G444A (rs1108580) and DBH G589A – in 169 synthetic drug addicts, as well as their stable combinations (haplotypes). The control group consisted of 103 healthy individuals. All surveyed males, Caucasians. Statistically significant differences were found in the frequency of occurrence of allelic variants and genotypes between the total sample of patients with dependence on synthetic drugs and the group of healthy people in the IVS5 C195T and 5’-ins/del polymorphic loci (p=0.02 and p=0.005, respectively). Statistically significant differences in the distribution of frequencies of allelic variants and genotypes of DBH 5’-ins/del loci in patients with dependence on different pharmacological groups of synthetic drugs were revealed. Statistically significant differences were found between the SC group (cannabinoids) and healthy people according to the IVS5 C195T polymorphic locus, SP (cathinones) and healthy people according to 5’-ins/del and the SC+SP group (addicted to different classes of synthetic drugs) and healthy people according to DBH G589A and 5’-ins/del. Phasing and counting of haplotypes for nuclear genes were carried out using the Arlequin 3.01 program. The maximum likelihood method revealed three haplotypes, the frequency of which in synthetic drug addicts in total is 71%.
