Rehabilitation with psychotherapy in addictive communities of mental patients with comorbid abuse of synthetic cannabinoids.

Aim: to develop a rehabilitation program for patients with mental disorders who abuse synthetic cannabinoids. Object of study. The total sample (n=303) included males aged 23 to 36 who abuse synthetic cannabinoids (F12.2). Of these, 155 examined according to ICD-10 were diagnosed with: specific personality disorders (F60), mixed and other personality disorders (F61), persistent personality changes not associated with brain damage or disease, long-lasting personality changes (F62), 148 - paranoid schizophrenia (F20). Methods: follow-up, clinico-psychopathological, psychometric (CGI, SANS), statistical (R version 3.2.4; IBM SPSS Statistics Base 22.0). Results and discussion. The developed rehabilitation program against the background of psychopharmacotherapy, which replaces the need for a drug with the need to be in socially acceptable addictive groups, based on individual preference and dependence on the group, improves the quality and duration of remissions, reduces the frequency of drug addiction, and also improves the condition of the mentally ill and their level of functioning in society.
