Аннотация:
Introduction. Cyber-deviance refers to malicious activities taking place in the digital sphere and are especially common in the lives of adolescents. The deviant behavior of adolescents on the Internet has become a matter of serious concern for parents, teachers and researchers, especially during the period of coronavirus infection. Methods. Retrospective analysis of 49 cases of recorded Internet activity of adolescents of the Lyceum in Tyumen. The sample was made up of students in grades 7–11, where 2 groups were determined: 1 – before the pandemic (n = 21, 2018-2019); 2 – pandemic period (n = 28, 2019-2020). In the 1st group of persons 6 girls (28.6%) and 15 boys (71.4%); The 2nd group of 11 girls (39.9%), 17 boys (60.1%). The average age of the first group is 15 [14; 16] years; second 16 [12; 17] years (p = 0.037). The criterion for selection to the groups was the identification of suspicious activity in Internet communities and 2 forms of cyber aggression: cyberbullying, astroturfing. Results. The noted activity on the Internet is associated with an unfavorable forecast, which is reflected in the general academic performance and interaction with teachers and the team. Significantly more often there was increased activity on the Internet during the period of self-isolation and transfer of students to distance learning (p = 0.031). It was noted that cyberbullying was more common among the second group (p = 0.043), adolescents underestimated the degree of deviance of their actions and, taking into account possible anonymity, did not assume any responsibility for their actions. Discussion. During the pandemic, adolescents began to use social networks reliably more often, in connection with which an increase in cyber aggression during the lockdown period was noted, which is consistent with the data of other countries. Conclusion. The rise of cyber-deviant behavior among adolescents during the pandemic was traced. It is important in this situation to take into account not only the increase in free time, but also to remember the adverse effect of the adult population on the opinion of the teenager, which can also increase aggressive behavior in the Internet space.
