Аннотация:
The article presents the main documents of the regulatory regulation of treatment and medical prevention of addiction to psychoactive substances in Kazakhstan. The experience of modernizing the mental health service in the country, a structural reform aimed at socially oriented psychiatric and drug treatment is presented.
