Аннотация:
The article describes the basics of legal regulation of the organization and provision of specialized medical care in the field of addiction psychiatry in the Kyrgyz Republic. The provisions of national legislation and other normative legal acts, in accordance with which the population is provided with drug treatment services, including the program of state guarantees and the possibilities of the insurance system, are given. The procedure for providing the guaranteed narcological care approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic is disclosed.
