Аннотация:
In a retrospective cohort study, the severity of cognitive impairment was assessed in patients with alcohol dependence with varying degrees of social maladaptation. The nature of the influence of various cognitive impairments on the general level and structure of psychological resilience within each group of patients is described. It was found that mild cognitive impairments are less characteristic of adapted individuals; violations of the dynamic component of memory and thinking, a decrease in the concentration and distribution of attention, the exhaustion of mental processes, which are the least represented in adapted patients, are statistically significantly associated with low levels of resilience and its components. In most of the adapted patients, as well as in half of the maladjusted patients, the disturbances of the operational component are the least represented, which is significantly associated with higher rates of resilience and some of its components. Persons with a more pronounced violation of the motivational component have higher rates of resilience and its individual components. The revealed patterns require additional analysis.
