Аннотация:
The effect of myelopeptides (MPs) on the development of withdrawal syndrome in C57BL/6 mice with chronic morphine dependence was studied. It has been shown that MP1, MP2, MP5 do not prevent the development of morphine dependence and do not alleviate the severity of the withdrawal syndrome, while MP3, MP4, MP6 significantly reduce the symptoms of withdrawal syndrome and the development of morphine dependence in animals.
