Аннотация:
The features of social phobia in narcological patients are considered. The material gives a general idea of social phobia in narcological patients and does not replace the study of specialized literature. The issues of prevalence and etiopathogenesis of social phobia in narcological patients are touched upon. The incidence of social phobia is increasing rapidly every year, despite the advances in medicine. This can be facilitated by such risk factors as: urbanization of the population, frequent stressful situations, the desire to meet high social expectations, showing ambition and not taking into account the psychological characteristics of the individual. Thus, social phobia is one of the most important and economically significant problems not only in psychiatry and narcology, but also in related branches of medicine, since it requires a multidisciplinary approach to the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of this disease. A correct understanding of the risk factors for social phobia and the likely mechanism of pathogenesis will allow researchers and practitioners to more meaningfully approach the treatment and prevention of this pathology.
