Аннотация:
This report presents a sectional observation and its thanatogenetic analysis of a fatal case of chronic alcohol intoxication with bone marrow hypoplasia and coronary heart disease. The patient underwent heart surgery with anticoagulant therapy, and in the postoperative period there was bleeding from the veins of the esophagus, followed by blood aspiration and death. The necessity of taking into account background diseases and intoxications in assessing the pathogenesis and thanatogenesis of suffering is emphasized.
