The article discusses the criteria for the patient’s rehabilitation state: medical (primary craving for a psychoactive substance, withdrawal syndrome, pseudo-withdrawal syndrome), psychological (personal attitudes, personal deviations, personal status) and social (sociotherapeutic activity, communication features, attitude towards the rehabilitation (therapeutic) community , which make it possible to identify the patient’s personalized functional rehabilitation class and determine the effectiveness of influences on the patient in the process of rehabilitation in the field of psychoactive substance addiction.
