Аннотация:
Adolescence is one of the critical stages in the development of the central nervous system. At the same time, this age is one of the complex psychophysiological stages in the life of an adolescent. A large percentage of young people during this period of personal development engage in some form of socially disapproved behavior, in particular, resorting to the abuse of alcoholic beverages, which can often cause long-term problems in academic, professional and social well-being. The situation is exacerbated by the fact that the systematic ingestion of alcohol causes the development of persistent neurophysiological and behavioral dysfunctions. The aim of our study was to evaluate some behavioral traits during the delayed developmental period when adolescent alcoholization was simulated in danio rerio fishes. Our results showed the presence of such changes in fish behavior associated with adolescent alcoholization. In the future, it seems interesting to conduct biochemical and molecular genetic studies to elucidate the causes of the observed changes in fish behavior.
