It is particularly noteworthy to emphasize the recording that is done in the information systems of health care institutions of the drug treatment profile of effective medical examinations for the state of intoxication (alcohol, drugs or other toxic type) as an important characterizing anamnestic factor in the diagnosis of drug addiction disorders. The current legislation on this issue represents a «gray zone», since it does not regulate the use of such information in the diagnosis of drug addiction disorders in any way. However, it is worth noting that there are no prohibitive provisions in the regulatory field to record such information in the information systems of narcological dispensaries.
