Adherence of patients with therapeutically resistant alcohol dependence to sensibilizing treatment

Аннотация:
The work purpose – to estimate adherence of patients with therapeutically resistant alcohol dependence to different variants antirelapse treatments, and also their demand of hospitalization. In three groups of comparison (initial number of groups are 60 persons), alcohol depended patients, getting psychosocial support by a technique "BRENDA", investigated dynamics of leaving (on Kaplan – Meyer) from antirelapse programs, and also demand of hospitalization (connected, as a rule, with renewal of regular alcoholization). Thus, members of group I received disulfiramum, members of group II – cyanamide, and members of group III – only psychosocial support. Sensibilizing medicines in first two groups were administered: from 11 to 90 days – daily, and from 91 to 360 days – "as needed", i.e. the day before and during dangerous, in respect of the use of alcohol, days (weekend, family and national holidays, days of reception of the salary, etc.). It is shown, that administration of cyanamid provides higher adherence of patients to the therapy, than administration of disulfiramum, and the isolated psychosocial support cannot be recognized by adequate therapeutic tactics at the given category of patients.
