Аннотация:
The work purpose is to estimate expediency of use of antidepressants in opioid addicted patients by research of their adherence to the rehabilitation program, and also possibilities of abstention from the use of drugs and indicators of social functioning in the postrehabilitation period. It is investigated 270 in opioid addicted patients, receiving the medical-rehabilitation maintenance of different intensity and duration. At 94 persons this maintenance was limited only 10 day course standard detoxication, and others 176 persons, except detoxication, have passed through different duration (30 540 days) rehabilitation course. 97 persons (the basic group) of this patients during first three months received antidepressive pharmacotherapy (cytalopram 40 mg per day), and 79 persons (control group) passed a rehabilitation course without pharmacotherapeutic supports. The influence of antidepressive therapy on adherence of patients to the rehabilitation program was defined by construction of "survival curves" Kaplan Meyer. The analysis of frequency of cases of returning to the use of drugs, and also indicators of social functioning (employment, an occupation) in groups of comparison during one-year postwithdrawal period was carried out. It is shown, what even rather short course of antidepressive therapy in opioid addicted patients, essentially increases their ability to abstain from the use of drugs and accelerates normalization of their social functioning (ability to training and employment).
